Rules & Agreements
1- Fixed salary _________ pr working day.
2- Minimum 5 dances on stage (songs from playlist) LAST 10 SECONDS FULL NUDITY! If you forget to take panties off
more than once, 150kr penalty. The barstaff notates everything every night and will inform managment about
everything.
3- 50% on lapdances -25% VAT.
4- 20% of all bottles and drinks ( MINIMUM 300KR. ANYTHING BELOW 300 NO COMISSION )
5- Minimum 4 days work.
6- Dresscode is sexy, high heels. NO CRAZY MAKEUP, LONG SLEEVES OR DRESSES BELOW THE KNEE!
7- If the club is having an event with costumes, you have to wear it!
8- NO MOBILES IF THERE IS COSTUMERS IN THE CLUB!
9- Smoking is allowed in the smoking area or outside, but you must be ready to dance at all times!
10- Barstaff is ALWAYS the ones in control!
11- No fixed salary if you don’t show up at work or if you are sick.
12- Fixed payment will be paid when contract is done.
13- Comission will be paid ONE WEEK BEHIND, every Monday or Tuesdays
14- You have to dance in the window at least 5 times every shift.
15- No bad behaviour, no screaming, fighting or unladylike behaviour.
16- Taxes are not dedutcted from the above figures.
17- Photos will be taken for commercial use, it’s up to you if it’s with or without the face.
18- You are allowed to drink whatever the guests buys for you, please keep it under control. You will be sent home if
you’re too drunk and no fixed salary will be paid.
19- NO STORE BOUGHT ALCOHOL IN THE CLUB!
20- Everything that happens in Lounge8000 is strictly confendtial! What happens here stays here.
21- Manager and Director are ALWAYS the ones in charge.
22- *IF YOU LEAVE BEFORE THE END OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR WHATEVER REASON, NO FIXED SALARY WILL BE
PAID. ONLY COMISSON*
BEHAVIOUR IN THE CLUB
1- No laying down in the sofas.
2- No feet at the tables.
3- Positive, friendly and adult in the way you present yourself.
4- No chewing gum.
5- Don’t bring your drink or glass down with you to the costumers.
6- Be a lady when you talk with the guests, no grabbing, touching private parts or invading private space of the guest.
7- It’s NOT allowed to say no if a guest wants to buy you something.
8- Maximum 15 min with the guest, after that, say thank you and leave him in a nice way.
9- If there is no guests it’s ok to relax, use your phone or smoke. BUT always be ready if costumers suddenly come!
Put your phone away immideatley.
10- NO HEADPHONES!
11- If a guest is making you uncomfortable, is being rude or grabbing you, please tell our security right away. DO NOT
CONFRONT HIM YOURSELF!
12- Don’t beg the costumers to buy you something. Be smart and friendly, maximum 15 minutes and then leave.
13- It’s not allowed to say no to go dance on stage, the window or a lapdane. IF YOU SAY NO YOU ARE SENT HOME
AND NO FIXED SALARY FOR THAT DAY WILL BE PAID.
14- MINIMUM 300KR FOR COMISSION, YOU WILL NOT GET COMISSION FROM BEER, DRINKS OR SHOTS.
MIMIMUM IS A PICCOLO.
15- No parties or sleeping outside accomodation unless it’s saturday after work. Therefore no clubbing, sleepovers at
other places and such unless it’s saturday after your shift is finished.
Accomodation
1- You have 1 bed on your own.
2- Wifi: FALK2 or FALK5. Code is Atvr6zTY
3- Towels and sheets will be provided, it’s your resbonsibility to wash them.
4- Full functional kitchen, KEEP IT CLEAN!
5- Keep bathroom clean.
6- NO MEN ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT!
7- ALWAYS LOCK THE FRONT DOOR WHEN YOU LEAVE!
8- NO FIGHTS
9- NO SMOKING INSIDE!
10- Keep rooms clean and tidy.
11- Anything broken or damaged will be deducted from your salary at the end of the contract.
12- 15€ pr night, it will be deducted from your fixed salary at the end of your contract.
CORONA RULES
1- Mask must be worn when walking around in the club, it’s not required while sitting down or performing on stage.
2- If the government suddenly does a lockdown, there will be no work, fixed salary or commission during that time.
3- Upon arrival you must have a PCR-test no more than 48 hours old, this is by danish law when you come to the
airport.
4- Customers must show a negative test result or a vaccine passport before entering the club, this is by law until
October 1st.
5- Opening hours will be slightly different because of new rules by law, until mid july we will have to close at midnight.
6- We of course expect that you respect all danish laws during your stay here, nothing less will be tolerated.
7- If a lockdown happens, you are welcome to stay in the apartment with 50% discount on accomodation fee.
8- If any law is broken by you and police gives us a fine, you will have to pay the fine.
I agree to the above mentioned rules and agreements for which i hereby sign.
